Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at Financial Divisions. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide end-to-end support to our top billing adviser, who manages a portfolio of over £200 million.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer pensions, investments, tax planning, IHT planning, protections, and cashflow modelling for a large number of clients.
  • Provide administrative support to the adviser, including data entry, document preparation, and client communication.
  • Work closely with the adviser and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • Previous experience in a financial services or administrative role.
