Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Planning Specialist to join our team. As a Financial Planning Specialist at Quilter Financial Planning, you will be responsible for working closely with our clients to understand their financial goals and objectives. You will engage with clients on a personal level, encouraging them to talk extensively about what motivates them and how they want their lives to look in years to come.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients, taking into account their individual needs and goals.
  • Conduct thorough financial analyses to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial planning services.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Financial Advice or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong understanding of the investment business and financial planning principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
