About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Adviser Administrator to join our team at Your Resourcing Partner Limited. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our Financial Adviser, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of client services.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including client files and documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation of client meeting packs, including data analysis and financial reports.
  • Manage the administration of client Letters of Authority (LoAs), including gathering signed client LoAs and liaising with LoA management services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
