Within AXA Group, our operations teams, as part of the Middle Office division, play a pivotal role in our insurance framework. The primary objective of this position is to deliver administrative assistance to the Operations teams, focusing on data entry and addressing accounting inquiries. This role is an excellent entry point for recent graduates or school leavers aspiring to enter the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

Your essential duties will encompass:

  • Inputting data to assist with the resolution of existing backlog issues
  • Reviewing account queries and processing them as necessary
  • Building an internal network to facilitate the exchange of information and data across functions and departments
  • Acquiring comprehensive knowledge of systems and processes, staying updated with new guidelines
  • Ensuring data quality and accuracy in line with established metrics
  • Supporting project initiatives to ensure existing processes align with requirements
  • Completing ad hoc tasks as directed by management

You will report to an Assistant Operations Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a technical administrative capacity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
