Role Overview
As a Senior Strategy Partner, you will be pivotal in formulating and executing exceptional cross-disciplinary solutions that enhance the significance of media within the business strategies of your client portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Building robust relationships with senior global clients, aiding them in identifying and comprehending critical business challenges.
  • Utilizing econometrics, business analytics, and historical campaign insights to develop and refine media implementation strategies.
  • Ensuring optimal application of insights and planning tools on client briefs to facilitate business-outcome-focused planning across the media landscape.
  • Generating innovative ideas, media partnerships, and solutions aligned with the communications strategy, collaborating with various Dentsu specialties and teams.
  • Acquiring an in-depth understanding of Dentsu's capabilities, products, and future offerings to uncover additional growth opportunities while establishing strategic direction for clients.
  • Establishing and advancing a thought leadership agenda that merges cutting-edge marketing theories with practical applications and commercial results.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members in all facets of planning and strategy.
  • Leading Carat's strategy training initiatives, utilizing Dentsu's best practices and creating new frameworks as necessary.
  • Collaborating with the head of strategy to define team structure, job specifications, competency frameworks, and career advancement pathways.
  • Effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders across various companies, cultures, and countries to influence your agenda.
  • Demonstrating a strong comprehension of media's role in delivering business value for contemporary brands.

  • Experience in crafting marketing and communications strategies for multi-market clients, with a demonstrated ability to align multiple countries behind your strategies while respecting local nuances.
