The Senior Strategy Partner plays a pivotal role in crafting and executing exceptional cross-disciplinary solutions that enhance the significance of media within the business strategies of our clients. This position is crucial for expanding the depth and breadth of Carat's collaboration with clients, nurturing and developing strategic talent, leading strategy on new business initiatives, and supporting the Head of Strategy in formulating and executing the agency's strategic agenda.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing strong relationships with senior global clients to identify and address critical business challenges.
  • Utilizing econometrics and business analytics to refine and implement media guidelines.
  • Driving effective use of insights and planning tools to ensure business-focused media planning.
  • Developing innovative media partnerships and creative strategies aligned with the communications plan.
  • Building a comprehensive understanding of Dentsu's offerings to identify growth opportunities.
  • Creating a thought leadership agenda that merges cutting-edge marketing theories with practical applications.
  • Mentoring junior team members in all facets of planning and strategy.
  • Leading Carat's strategy training initiatives, leveraging Dentsu's resources and developing new content as needed.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Strategy to define team structure, job specifications, and career progression frameworks.
  • Influencing multiple stakeholders across diverse cultures and countries to advance strategic objectives.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of the media's role in delivering business value, complemented by:

  • Cultural awareness, analytical prowess, and an insatiable curiosity.
  • Proficiency in media and communications planning tools and methodologies.
  • A solid understanding of various sources for market, consumer, and media intelligence.
  • A proven track record in insights development, measurement, and evaluation projects.
  • Experience in formulating marketing and communications strategies for multi-market clients, adept at aligning diverse countries with strategic goals.
