Job Title: Digital Strategy Senior Manager

Omnicom Media Group is seeking a seasoned Digital Strategy Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our global strategy team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital strategies that drive business growth and outcomes for our clients.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the advertising landscape, as well as the ability to navigate complex clients and markets. You will work closely with our global and local clients, senior market leadership, key global partners, and agency leads to provide strategic recommendations and product expertise.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the online video space, specifically CTV, and experience in building and responding to RFP/RFI across channels for advertisers. You will also have a proven track record of developing targeting and audience strategies, as well as experience in media agency or Ad Tech.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital strategies that drive business growth and outcomes for clients
  • Provide strategic recommendations and product expertise to clients and partners
  • Work closely with global and local clients, senior market leadership, and key global partners
  • Develop and manage global CTV and online video capabilities
  • Lead a team of strategists and operations professionals

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in advertising, marketing, strategy, or partnerships
  • Strong knowledge of the online video space, specifically CTV
  • Experience in building and responding to RFP/RFI across channels for advertisers
  • Proven track record of developing targeting and audience strategies
  • Media agency or Ad Tech experience
  • Advanced written and presentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
