Job Title: Digital Strategy Senior Manager

Omnicom Media Group is seeking a highly skilled Digital Strategy Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and innovation.

This role requires a strong understanding of the advertising landscape, as well as the ability to navigate complex clients and markets. You will work closely with senior market leadership, key global partners, and agency leads to provide strategic recommendations and product expertise.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of digital media, specifically CTV, and experience in building and responding to RFP/RFI across channels for advertisers. You will also have a proven track record of success in campaign management, reporting and analysis, client and partner relationship management, global coordination, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and innovation
  • Provide strategic recommendations and product expertise to senior market leadership and key global partners
  • Build and respond to RFP/RFI across channels for advertisers
  • Manage campaigns, reporting, and analysis to ensure optimal results
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Lead global coordination efforts to ensure seamless execution
  • Lead and develop a team of professionals to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in advertising, marketing, strategy, or partnerships
  • Strong knowledge of digital media, specifically CTV
  • Experience in building and responding to RFP/RFI across channels for advertisers
  • Proven track record of success in campaign management, reporting and analysis, client and partner relationship management, global coordination, and team leadership
  • Advanced written and presentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Understanding of digital media in markets outside of the UK
