Job Title: Senior Media Strategy Lead

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Media Strategy Lead to join our team at dunnhumby. As a key member of our Retail Media team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our digital and personalised media strategies across various channels, including Tesco.com, Tesco Marketplace, and In Store Scan as you Shop.

About the Role

As a Senior Media Strategy Lead, you will collaborate with our Strategy & Propositions and Retail Media leadership team to formulate, develop, and deliver our strategic retail media initiatives to market. You will also maintain an up-to-date understanding of key market trends and competitor digital retail media offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital and personalised media strategies across various channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and deliver strategic retail media initiatives
  • Maintain a deep understanding of key market trends and competitor digital retail media offerings
  • Support the development of our digital and CRM media propositions, including Tesco.com Web & App, Tesco Marketplace, Clubcard Personalised Rewards, and Scan as you Shop media
  • Forge strong relationships with peers across key business functions, including Mobilisation, Online Technology & Product, Customer, Sales Enablement, Client Services, Optimisation, Legal, and Procurement teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant subject
  • Demonstrable experience in Retail Media or Media Planning, especially digital, across marketing, selling, and servicing within complex, multi-channel, multi-site retail clients or Media Agencies
  • Adept with numbers, calculations, data visualisation, and compelling insight to action storytelling, including advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Good working knowledge of enabling technologies for media and broader customer experience, such as Ad Tech, Ad Servers, and Identity solutions
