Role Overview:The Senior Strategy Partner plays a pivotal role in crafting and executing exceptional cross-disciplinary solutions that enhance the significance of media within the business strategies of clients. This position is integral to expanding Carat's collaboration with clients, managing and nurturing strategic talent, leading new business initiatives, and supporting the Head of Strategy in defining and executing the agency's strategic agenda.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain robust relationships with senior global clients, assisting them in identifying and addressing critical business challenges.
- Utilize econometrics, business analytics, and historical campaign insights to develop and refine media implementation strategies.
- Ensure the effective application of insights and planning tools in client briefs to promote business-focused planning across the media landscape.
- Generate innovative ideas, media partnerships, and creative solutions based on the communications strategy, collaborating with various Dentsu teams.
- Develop a profound understanding of Dentsu's offerings and product pipeline to uncover growth opportunities while formulating strategic directions for clients.
- Drive a thought leadership agenda that merges cutting-edge marketing theories with practical applications and commercial impact.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in all facets of planning and strategy.
- Lead Carat's strategy training initiatives, leveraging Dentsu's resources and creating new training materials as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Head of Strategy to define the structure, job specifications, competency frameworks, and career progression paths for the strategy team.
- Effectively engage with diverse stakeholders across various cultures and countries to influence strategic agendas.
- Exhibit a strong comprehension of how media contributes to delivering business value for contemporary brands.
- Cultural awareness, analytical capabilities, and an insatiable curiosity.
- Proficient knowledge of media and communications planning tools and methodologies.
- Deep understanding of various sources for market, consumer, and media intelligence.
- Proven experience in identifying and developing insights, as well as managing measurement and evaluation projects.
- Experience in formulating marketing and communications strategies for multi-market clients, with a demonstrated ability to align multiple countries behind cohesive strategies while respecting local nuances.
