About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Digital Strategy Director to lead our clients' media strategy and drive exceptional results. This role is crucial in developing and implementing comprehensive media and creative strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Develop omni-channel digital media strategies for key clients, ensuring a seamless brand experience across all touchpoints.
  • Pitching and New Business: Collaborate with the new business team to develop pitch-winning media strategies that showcase our expertise and drive business growth.
  • Client Management: Manage day-to-day client relationships, providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Ongoing Strategy Optimization: Conduct quarterly strategy reviews and reports to ensure our strategies are aligned with client goals and objectives.
  • Creative and Media Integration: Collaborate with content and marketing teams to develop integrated strategies that drive results and exceed client expectations.
  • Project Management: Develop functional timelines and calendars for strategy implementation, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in social strategy for an agency
  • Strong knowledge of all digital and social platforms
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management and time management

  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field (preferable)
