Job Title: Digital Marketing Director/Senior Account Manager

Harvest Digital, a leading independent digital agency, is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director to join our dynamic Client Services team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by acting as a strategic partner, challenging and inspiring clients to achieve their marketing objectives.
  • Lead the account team to deliver compelling and inspiring marketing solutions across channels to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with our Planning Director and channel specialists on channel mix and campaign strategy.
  • Undertake online sector and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Provide regular monthly updates to the forecast for your accounts, including justifications for decisions.
  • Work with our Finance team to ensure account/project profitability and maintain agreed fee income.
Requirements:
  • A good working knowledge of digital marketing channels, including Search Marketing, Media Planning & Buying, Analytics, and Account Planning.
  • Ability to present and sell in our services, collaborating with colleagues to put together compelling proposals.
  • Extensive experience of developing and executing online marketing campaigns.
  • Proven experience gained within media and search agencies, or client-side digital marketing teams.
  • Demonstrable experience managing and reporting on the commercial aspects of media buying and client management.
