The Content Director will lead our digital marketing efforts, managing web content across blogs, newsletters, and video to drive organic Google search visibility.
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the SEO Director, you will oversee a team of writers, copywriters, and videographers to ensure high-quality content meets our digital marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across all brands, including new business ventures.
- Oversee the creation, editing, and publication of engaging written and video content, adhering to best practices in grammar and SEO.
- Establish and monitor content performance metrics, using insights to optimize strategies for growth.
- Collaborate with the SEO Director to test and implement content changes in line with evolving best practices.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in content management and publication for digital-first companies relying on organic search positioning.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a content management or publication role.
- Experience in writing long-form and short-form articles for publication on technical and non-technical topics.
- Impeccable written English language skills.
- Significant experience in publishing articles using WordPress (desirable).
- Bachelor's degree.
The salary for this role is up to £100,000.
