About the Role:

  • The Digital Strategy Director is a key role within our agency. Working closely with our Head of Strategy, the role's focus is to develop and implement digital strategies that drive business growth, enhance brand awareness, and drive sales for our clients.
  • You'll be a strategic thinker, a creative problem-solver, and a key contributor to our team's success. You'll work with all areas of Propeller to ensure our digital capabilities are effectively pitched to our clients and drive business results.
  • Shaping our responses to client inquiries, RFIs, and RFPs, to build context and showcase our services in a compelling way.
  • Developing and commercializing digital propositions, working closely with our Client Acquisition, Client Growth, Delivery, and Client Success teams to drive business growth.
  • Supporting the entire agency in developing opportunities, providing guidance on spotting opportunities, asking the right questions, and supporting/leading on proposals and pitches.
  • Delivering strategic direction for new and existing client projects.
  • Supporting the wider business in achieving business targets.

Requirements:

  • We expect you to work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of 3 days per week in our London office.

  • Is passionate about digital strategy and has a proven track record in a similar role.
  • Has experience in developing and implementing digital strategies that drive business growth.
  • Has a solid understanding of design, technology, and data, including current and emerging trends in digital.
  • Is a strong communicator and team player, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Is willing to speak up and share their opinions and ideas.
