Role Overview:
As a Senior Strategy Partner, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing exceptional cross-disciplinary solutions that enhance the significance of media within the business strategies of your assigned clients. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and nurturing robust relationships with senior global clients, assisting them in recognizing and addressing critical business challenges.
  • Utilizing econometrics, business analytics, and historical campaign insights to formulate, refine, and implement media guidelines.
  • Promoting the effective use of insights and planning tools on client briefs to ensure business outcome-focused strategies across the media landscape.
  • Generating innovative ideas, media collaborations, and advancements based on communication strategies while collaborating with various Dentsu specialties and teams.
  • Building a profound understanding of Dentsu's capabilities, products, and product pipeline to identify growth opportunities as you steer strategic direction for clients.
  • Establishing and advancing a thought leadership agenda that merges cutting-edge marketing theories with practical applications and commercial results.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members in all facets of planning and strategy.
  • Overseeing Carat's strategy training initiatives, leveraging Dentsu's strengths and creating new resources as necessary.
  • Collaborating with the head of strategy to define team structure, job specifications, competency frameworks, and career progression pathways.
  • Engaging with diverse stakeholders across various companies, cultures, and countries to influence and drive your agenda.
  • Exhibiting a strong comprehension of media's role in delivering business value for contemporary brands.
Qualifications:
Successful candidates will possess:
