From conceptualization to prototyping, we have established a state-of-the-art production facility and a dedicated delivery team, successfully distributing our Grenadier models globally. We are currently advancing our double cab pickup, the Quartermaster.

Position Overview

The Sales Operations Manager plays a crucial role in managing and enhancing all sales operational processes. This includes the oversight of retailer bonus tracking and reconciliation. The position also requires collaboration with external partners, such as registration authorities, to ensure seamless system updates with minimal disruption to daily operations. The primary objective is to optimize sales operations, elevate customer satisfaction, and contribute to the company's overarching sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the reconciliation and disbursement of sales margins, commissions, and bonuses to the retail network.
  • Assist in managing the Demo Programme by providing consistent reporting and analysis to ensure an appropriate mix and volume of demonstrator vehicles, while maintaining high customer satisfaction during test drives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate registration and insurance of internal fleet and prototype units.
  • Manage sales operations performance, including invoicing for retail partners, customer contracts, payment requests, and related documentation.
  • Support the creation and distribution of bulletins and communications to the retailer network for the global sales team.
  • Maintain and update the vehicle configuration of our order bank in accordance with the latest feature specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Previous background in sales operations is advantageous.
  • Proficient in engaging with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a process-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
