About the Role

SaaScend is a rapidly growing revenue operations consultancy that works closely with Go-To-Market teams at B2B Companies. We are a highly collaborative team across all departments internally and place a high importance on maintaining a strong remote first team culture. We encourage support and investment in the growth and well-being of each member. Our salesforce administrators are critical to the success of our projects and retainer clients, especially smaller, less complicated ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with high-level clients such as Directors, VPs of Sales, and CROs to deliver best practices in SalesOps and system architecture related to HubSpot CRM and Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure milestones, deadlines, and sprints are met, and lead mid-level consultants to elevate their skills and achieve project goals.
  • Provide strategic consulting on RevOps, SaaScend products/modules, and system integrations into Salesforce or marketing automation platforms.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related consulting role.
  • Demonstrated expertise with HubSpot CRM and Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience in strategic consulting, especially within RevOps, and integrating systems into Salesforce or marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully hitting project milestones and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, and other sales/marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to create detailed SOPs and conduct comprehensive training sessions.
