Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Customer Service Representative to join our team at The New Homes Group. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination with our clients and surveyors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily diaries and appointments for surveyors, ensuring efficient organization and timely completion of tasks
  • Receive and enter survey and retrofit instructions from clients, maintaining accurate records and updating relevant systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Support the regional office network, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries, ensuring consistent and high-quality communication

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a dynamic office environment, with a focus on organization, multitasking, and customer service
  • Previous teamwork experience, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with off-site colleagues
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude for learning new systems and processes
  • Background in customer communication, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
