About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sky. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers, answering their questions and addressing their concerns
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers, meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services, as well as customer service best practices

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, communications, or related field preferred
