Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing a seamless customer experience, handling inbound calls, and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, ensuring a positive and empathetic experience.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
