Position: Senior National Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, nurture, and enhance relationships with key customers in the discount and wholesale sectors.
  • Effectively lead and mentor a team of three, including a Key Account Manager, Junior Key Account Manager, and Sales Coordinator, ensuring continuous professional development.
  • Oversee all phases of the sales cycle, collaborating with team members to develop solutions and deliver proposals as necessary.
  • Work closely with the Senior Commercial team and Buyers to identify growth opportunities across various brands and categories.
  • Analyze the commercial implications of pricing, promotions, and investments.
  • Negotiate trading agreements, pricing structures, range resets, joint business plans, and relevant cost adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in National Accounts within the consumer goods sector, preferably in non-food categories.
  • A background or interest in the toy or product industry is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams effectively.
  • Proven success in expanding existing business and acquiring new clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual capable of working independently and collaboratively.
