About the Role

Mackenzie Jones is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our team in Slough. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through a multi-channel approach, primarily focused on foodservice and wholesale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Grow existing relationships with foodservice customers, including Bidfood, Compass, Brakes, KFF, and DDC, as well as wholesale customers such as Epicurium.
  • Sales Planning: Create and execute a sales plan to meet revenue targets, including successfully selling in new products and building strong relationships with customers.
  • New Business Development: Identify new customer opportunities and creatively sell in current range and new products, targeting coffee shop chains, airlines, forecourts, and wholesalers such as Costco.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze performance to identify key insights and growth opportunities.
  • Trade Shows: Represent Perkier at key trade shows, such as the Lunch show.
  • Full P&L Responsibility: Manage key accounts and be responsible for their P&L.
Requirements
  • Experience in an FMCG business.
  • Demonstrated history of growing distribution of an FMCG product.
  • Operated across sales channels, including OOH and foodservice.
  • Ability to take ownership and deliver as an individual.
  • Curious, entrepreneurial, and driven mindset.
  • Positive attitude and ability to build strong team rapport.
  • Desire and ability to be an ambassador and advocate for the business.
