The Role

This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in FMCG and grocery retail. As a Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy for a key grocery customer, driving category growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy for the grocery customer, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Manage the full P&L for the category, including sales, marketing, and operational activities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, NPD, and operations, to drive category growth and innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal partners.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth, through market analysis, customer insights, and strategic planning.

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong track record in FMCG and grocery retail. You will have a deep understanding of the consumer goods market, with a proven ability to develop and execute commercial strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG and grocery retail, with a strong background in commercial strategy and account management.
  • Proven track record of driving category growth and profitability, through market analysis, customer insights, and strategic planning.
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
