Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Oversee the product strategy for Arqiva's media services, influencing millions daily;
  • Transform strategic objectives into revenue-generating products, managing the product lifecycle from inception to market success;
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach to realize innovative concepts;
  • Promote modern, agile product development methodologies across the organization.

Discovery and Delivery

  • Collaborate with delivery and business leaders to ensure alignment within the Media Services portfolio;
  • Prioritize strategic opportunities that yield significant outcomes;
  • Foster a culture of inquiry, challenging norms and striving for continuous improvement;
  • Advocate for customer and market needs, balancing them with business objectives;
  • Drive product performance by focusing on key metrics and KPIs.

Team Development

  • Cultivate a passion for team development, mentoring and inspiring team members;
  • Lead the team responsible for delivering media services products and solutions globally;
  • Enhance product management capabilities within the organization through knowledge sharing and coaching.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive management experience with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences in a cross-functional environment;
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, characterized by self-motivation and a quick learning ability;
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering complex B2B digital products across diverse markets;
  • Strong collaboration and influence skills to align multiple stakeholders;
  • In-depth understanding of the media and broadcasting sector, enabling the creation of a vision for our services;
  • Business acumen, including experience in building cases for new technology adoption and product launches;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • A blend of curiosity, resilience, and a desire to make a meaningful impact;
  • Experience in managing product portfolio forecasting and tracking.
