This is a unique opportunity for a Registered Nurse, Midwife or Allied Health Professional to contribute to our Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) team. You will play a vital role in supporting key strategic priorities and initiatives within Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of critical projects for the CNO office, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.
  • Contribute to the New Hospital Programme by providing a clinical perspective on workforce and service models.
  • Collaborate closely with the Associate Director of Nursing, deputizing as required and supporting their leadership responsibilities.
