About the Role
Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Clinical Leadership Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Leadership Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our key priorities in 2024.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading on the delivery of key projects for the Chief Nursing Officer office, working closely with our Education development team and representing the Chief Nursing Officer voice for the development of clinical and workforce models.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead on the delivery of key projects for the Chief Nursing Officer office
- Support the Education development team and represent the Chief Nursing Officer voice for the development of clinical and workforce models

Person Specification
- 1st Level Registered nurse on relevant part of the NMC Register
- Extensive experience in the acute healthcare setting in clinical leadership/clinical management position
- Articulate with highly developed communication skills with the ability to network and build relationships at all levels, including interpersonal skills, liaison, and negotiation skills
