About the Opportunity
Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Adult Nurse to join our Community Health Rotational Programme. As a Clinical Development Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work across various community-facing services and develop your clinical knowledge and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care through rotations across in-patient rehab, end-of-life care, community nursing, urgent community response, and nurse-led clinics.
- Collaborate with experienced practice educators to develop leadership and management skills.
- Participate in the rotational incentive programme and receive a financial reward for completing the programme.
