We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Central Indiana Orthopedics PC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing or medical assisting and be able to provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring and medication administration
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in professional development activities to stay current with industry best practices
- Completion of an accredited program in nursing or medical assisting
- Certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants (CMA) or Indiana state Licensed Practical Nurse license (LPN)
- Current CPR and Emergency First Aid certifications
