Paediatric Nursing Specialist - Clinical Practice Educator
We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Paediatric Nurse to join our team at Sophie Bell & Associates. As a Paediatric Nursing Specialist - Clinical Practice Educator, you will play a key role in maintaining and further developing clinical training programmes for all care professionals in the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and further develop clinical training programmes in line with the organisation's educational strategy.
- Support clinical theory and skills assessments.
- Develop a robust clinical competency framework.
- Assist with the regular review of skill mix and care needs.
Requirements:
- Qualified paediatric or dual registered nurse with proven experience in education or teaching.
- Up-to-date experience with a range of clinical skills, including invasive and non-invasive respiratory support.
- Experience of nursing care at end of life.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work within the skilled Practice Education Team and contribute to the development of new ways of working in palliative care for children and young adults.
