About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team at HMP Winchester, a category B prison located in the South of England.

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, while also contributing to the development and implementation of healthcare services within the prison.

In this full-time position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive healthcare services, including diagnostic testing, treatment, and management of various medical conditions.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a strong understanding of the needs of our patient population and be able to develop and implement strategies to improve health outcomes.

You will receive an annual salary up to £61,110 per annum - depending on experience - and have access to a range of benefits, including bespoke induction training, competency frameworks, and opportunities for professional development.
