About the Role

We are seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team at HMP Winchester, a category B prison located in Hampshire. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care, lead clinical teams, and develop your skills in a dynamic and challenging environment.

You will be responsible for providing clinical leadership for primary care teams, working autonomously as an advanced clinical practitioner, and implementing local and national policies. You will also be required to demonstrate high levels of clinical expertise in decision-making and judgement.

Requirements
  • Registered NMC Nurse - Adult or Mental Health
  • Independent/supplementary prescriber qualification
  • MSc in Advanced Practice
  • Experience working autonomously as an advanced clinical practitioner
