Advanced Healthcare Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our team at the Urgent Treatment Centre in the North West. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of urgent care services and provide advice on health-related issues.
About the Role: As an Advanced Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive health assessments, supervising junior members of the team, and identifying and intervening in potentially unsafe environments. You will also contribute to the development and improvement of systems and processes that facilitate patient flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced and comprehensive health assessments based on a specialist body of knowledge
- Take responsibility for the supervision/development of junior members of the team
- Identify and intervene proactively where circumstances contribute to an unsafe environment for patients, staff, or relatives
- Share knowledge and expertise as an expert resource to others across Urgent Care
- Contribute to the development and improvement of systems and processes that facilitate patient flow
Requirements:
- Registration with relevant clinical body
- Full master's in advanced clinical practice (ACP)
- V300 Non-medical prescribing
Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is £53,755 - £60,504 per annum, plus benefits including flexible working requests and access to the DBS Update Service.
