We are seeking a Personal Care Specialist to join our team at Advantage Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing an extremely high standard of care to our service users who are living independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients with personal care
  • Assist with medication
  • Help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes and housework

In this role, you will work closely with our service users to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to enhance their quality of life. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as communication, empathy, and problem-solving.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. If you are a caring and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care, we would love to hear from you
