We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Healthcare Administrative Specialist to join our team at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
About the Role- As a member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to the medical operations department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- You will work closely with our clinical staff to coordinate administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records and reports.
This is a full-time, permanent role, offering a salary of £24,071 - £25,674 per annum.
Responsibilities- Prepare and distribute various documents, including patient records, incident reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and meal expenses for visiting consultants and experts.
