Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our Central Support Team in Winchester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Pensions Administration department, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Answer client helplines, performing security checks and updating records as required.
- Open and scan post, distributing it to team members in a timely manner.
- Update and reconcile postal logs, retrieving archive files and scanning case history to the workflow system.
- Support the departments daily printing needs and bulk print exercises.
- Monitor team mailboxes, allocating work to the workflow system and updating Portal post logs.
- Assist with the production of written or visual material, adhering to LCP's quality standards.
- Update member records on the Pension Administration system and Member Portal.
- Process unidentified post, returned post, and report accordingly.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year's experience working within a busy office environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and flexibility are essential.
