We are seeking a Construction Administration Specialist to join our team in Winchester. This is a permanent role that involves working on residential projects ranging in value up to £165M across the south coast.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction management systems, managing drawing documents, and ensuring client return documents meet system standards. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a methodical approach, and a commitment to quality.

This role offers a competitive day rate and the opportunity to work with a busy regional residential contractor group. We estimate the salary for this position to be around £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have experience working with Turbodesk and a main contractor background, we would like to hear from you.

We are looking for a highly organized individual who can work efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will have a passion for document management and administration, and will be able to demonstrate exceptional work ethic and diligence.
