HR Administrative Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized HR Administrative Specialist to join our Finance & HR team at ISBA Enterprises Limited. As an HR Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for managing HR administration tasks and supporting the HR team.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Administration:
- Prepare all HR documentation such as letters and employment contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in various spreadsheets and databases, generating reports as required.
- Support the recruitment process by managing job postings and candidate communication.
Payroll Processing:
- Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll.
- Collect timesheet information for payroll processing.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an HR or administrative role.
- Highly skilled IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- This is a part-time position requiring 30 hours of work per week, year-round, Monday through Friday.
Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
