We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HR professional to join our team at ISBA Enterprises Limited.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating effective HR within the organization. They will have previously worked in an HR Assistant or Advisory role, ideally within an educational setting and have been responsible for all areas of HR administration as well as providing advice on HR related issues in line with ACAS guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare all HR documentation such as letters and employment contracts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in various spreadsheets and databases, generating reports as required.
  • Provide a first point of contact for all staff HR queries, liaising with senior leaders as needed.
  • Have a clear understanding of the School's policies and procedures to advise staff on matters such as family leave entitlements and processes.

Recruitment:

  • Manage the administration of the recruitment and selection process.

Payroll Processing:

  • Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll.
  • Collect timesheet information for payroll processing.
  • Support senior leaders during the annual pay review cycle by producing and distributing staff pay letters.

Learning & Development:

  • Ensure all induction and mandatory training is undertaken by relevant departments and tracked accordingly.
  • Support the administration of the appraisal system for staff and contribute to its successful completion.

Office Administration:

  • Provide administrative support to the Finance team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in an HR role.
  • Highly skilled IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • This is a part-time position requiring 30 hours of work per week, year-round, Monday through Friday.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
