">Your Role and Responsibilities">This role requires an experienced HR Advisor to work alongside the Anderson Moores Leadership Team, providing day-to-day operational support to the hospital.
">Responsibilities include assisting in the provision of sound advice and assistance to ensure a full understanding of processes, policies, and procedures.
">- Act as the lead for the local People Team, ensuring they provide a positive, proactive, consistently high level of service to line managers and associates alike.
- Develop and implement training programmes for line managers on effective team/people leadership and the implementation of company policies, procedures, and systems.
- Manage the effective implementation of maternity/paternity and family leave policies.
- Stay up-to-date with employment legislation changes and ensure compliance in all People activities.
- Provide timely, professional HR advice to associates on HR policies, procedures, and terms & conditions of employment.
- Manage the appraisal process, including quality assurance, coaching, and conducting meetings with line managers.
- Ensure accurate maintenance and retention of personnel files and records according to legal requirements.
- Monitor and manage sickness and holiday absence to ensure the process is followed correctly.
- Lead internal investigations, ensuring processes and policy are followed in a timely manner.
- Support colleagues experiencing ill health and utilise services such as EAP and occupational health when necessary.
- Manage colleagues taking regular or long-term sickness absence and advise line managers on implementing the absence policy as needed.
- Support and advise line managers on effective performance management, conduct, and/or capability issues.
- Oversight of visas, right to work documentation, and supporting line managers and colleagues regarding these matters.
This is a permanent, full-time position, with a salary range of £42,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits.
