Business Development Coordinator

YHB is a dynamic company that values great people. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Client Liaison Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:- This is a senior-level role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.
- You will be responsible for managing engagements between assigned Principals and clients, as well as supporting multiple Principals in fostering long-term relationships.
- Maintaining and managing Principal's calendar, confirming client appointments and travel.
- Fielding and responding to Principal's inbound calls.
- Booking travel arrangements and managing expense reports.
- Adhering to confidentiality standards and acting as a central communication hub.
- Coordinating client appointments and internal meetings for assigned Principals.
- Creating and maintaining action items spreadsheets to keep Principals informed.
- Liaising with internal departments and communicating with management and clients.
- Acting as a liaison between Principals, clients, and Client Service Coordinators.
- Tracking tasks through SafeSend and XCM reports.
- Monitoring 1040 organizers and quarterly tax estimate lists.
- Cross-training in Tax processes and applications.
- Participating in self-development activities and working with a circle leader.
- 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Possesses a high level of integrity and ability to respect confidentiality.
- Experience with Project Management.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of firm policies and procedures.
