About the Role

This position involves working under the direction of the Business Manager/Supervisor, planning, controlling, and supervising staff and resources, including vehicles, plant, equipment, and sub-contractors. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and systems for contract operations, deputizing for Contract Supervisor as required, and inducting new employees as per Company procedures and contract standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan workload, holidays, and scheduling
  • Monitor workforce performance and provide training and coaching
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • Valid UK Driving licence and LGV Licence
  • Experience in team management and leadership
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
