Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Relationship Coordinator to join our team at YHB. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for coordinating engaging relationships between our Principals and clients, ensuring seamless communication and strategic goal alignment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Principals and clients to identify areas of mutual interest and benefit.
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen relationships and drive business growth.
Technical Expertise:
  • Utilize MS Office applications, particularly Excel, to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks.
  • Adhere to confidentiality standards and maintain discretion when handling sensitive information.
Education and Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Relevant certifications or training preferred but not required.
