Surgical Care Coordinator Job Description

About the Team:

We're a close-knit multidisciplinary team at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, working together to deliver high-quality care and patient experiences. As a Surgical Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless continuity in patient care.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate surgical procedures to ensure efficient use of theatre resources.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative strategies to enhance surgical care and outcomes.

Salary: £28,880 - £33,799 per annum (dependent on experience)
