We are seeking a Charity Programme Coordinator to support the delivery of our charitable activities and services.

This role is based in Winchester and offers a competitive salary of up to £30,400 (FTE £38,000), depending on experience. The successful candidate will also enjoy a range of benefits.

The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering programme-related activities and events, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. They will be skilled at project management, problem-solving, and working collaboratively as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating programme-related activities and events, including membership events and meetings
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including members, Area Coordinators, and other veteran-facing organisations
  • Providing administrative support to the Director of Communications and Partnerships
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of programme-related strategies and plans
