About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead the delivery of our NHS Cadets programme. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting young people onto the programme, supervising staff and volunteers, and delivering engaging content.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in youth work, community development, or education, with excellent communication and organisational skills. They will also be able to tailor their approach to meet the needs of diverse audiences and support individuals to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and engage young people onto the NHS Cadets programme
  • Supervise and support staff and volunteers to deliver the programme effectively
  • Develop and deliver engaging content that meets the needs of diverse learners
  • Evaluate programme effectiveness and produce reports as required
