Event Programme Coordinator

Open Banking Expo UK is a leading provider of B2B events for the financial services and fintech community. We are seeking an Event Programme Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in an analytical or research-based subject and excellent organisational skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for researching and developing high-quality conference agendas that meet the needs of our attendees. You will work closely with our marketing team to produce engaging content and identify opportunities to expand our audience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for communicating clearly and professionally with all stakeholders across the programme lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing conference agendas that meet the needs of our attendees.
  • Researching competitor events and identifying opportunities to improve our programming.
  • Working closely with our marketing team to produce engaging content.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with all stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Strong academic background in an analytical or research-based subject.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: £24,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Benefits: 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays (rising to 28 days after two years' service) and a celebration day off.
