Job Summary: The Accounting Services Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Accounts and Cash Management team at Lane Clark & Peacock LLP. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare first drafts of trustee reports and update them as necessary in collaboration with accountants.
  • Maintain accurate client data used in reports and accounts.
  • Run budget reports for accountants upon request.
  • Distribute signed accounts to HMRC as required and keep a work log up-to-date.
  • Manage various letter templates and draft letters as needed.
  • Take ownership of obtaining all year-end accounts information.
  • Support the cash management team by acquiring signatures when necessary for mandates.
  • Verify the accuracy of cash management checklists and logs.
  • Submit team expenses to the finance department.
  • Organize team events, room bookings, and department welcome slides.
