Job Title: Support Services Coordinator

Estimated Salary: £23,000 per annum (full-time equivalent)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Support Services Coordinator to join our Central Support Team in Winchester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the Pensions Administration department.
  • Manage client helplines, perform security checks, and update records accurately and efficiently.
  • Process incoming post, scanning and distributing it to team members promptly and securely.
  • Update and maintain postal logs, retrieve archive files, and scan case history to the workflow system.
  • Coordinate daily printing needs and bulk print exercises for the department, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Monitor team mailboxes, allocate work to the workflow system, and update Portal post logs.
  • Assist in producing high-quality written and visual materials, adhering to LCP's quality standards.
  • Update member records on the Pension Administration system and Member Portal.
  • Process unidentified post, returned post, and report accordingly.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year's experience working within a dynamic office environment.
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and flexibility are essential.
