Support Services Coordinator

About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Support Services Coordinator to join our Central Support Team in Winchester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the Pensions Administration department.
- Manage client helplines, perform security checks, and update records accurately and efficiently.
- Process incoming post, scanning and distributing it to team members promptly and securely.
- Update and maintain postal logs, retrieve archive files, and scan case history to the workflow system.
- Coordinate daily printing needs and bulk print exercises for the department, ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitor team mailboxes, allocate work to the workflow system, and update Portal post logs.
- Assist in producing high-quality written and visual materials, adhering to LCP's quality standards.
- Update member records on the Pension Administration system and Member Portal.
- Process unidentified post, returned post, and report accordingly.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year's experience working within a dynamic office environment.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and flexibility are essential.
