Michael Page is seeking a highly organized HR Support Services Coordinator to join our team based out of the Whiteley office.

About the Role

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department, including employee onboarding and offboarding. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of all day-to-day operational HR tasks within own area of responsibility.
  • Becoming a proficient user of the current HR system and ensuring all relevant data and changes are captured accurately.
  • Maintaining HR records in line with the company's Data Protection Policy and GDPR guidelines.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Desirable but not essential: HR knowledge and experience.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills, particularly in MS Office products.
  • Excellent attention to detail in the preparation of documentation and data entry.
  • Strong internal and external communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to communicate, both verbally and in written English, in a clear and concise manner.
