Family Support Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Family Support Partner to join our team at Northwestern Community Services Board. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering family-centered support services to families affected by complex emotional or behavioral health challenges. Your primary responsibility will be to empower families through education, advocacy, and connection to local resources and networks.
Main Duties:- Develop and implement personalized support plans for each family, incorporating their unique needs and goals.
- Maintain open lines of communication with families, listening to their concerns and celebrating their successes.
- Foster partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required. Competitive compensation, including a salary range of + $55,000 - + $65,000 per year, and benefits such as retirement plan enrollment make this an attractive opportunity for those passionate about making a difference.
